We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the booking.

No-shows will be charged the full session rate. Because our capacity is intentionally limited, a no-show prevents another guest from experiencing Bathe. We take this seriously and appreciate your understanding.

We understand that life happens. Please reach out to our team as soon as possible and we will do our best to work with you. Exceptions are handled on a case by case basis.
