Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your reservation any time up to 24 hours before your reservation start time. Within 24 hours, we cannot cancel or reschedule your reservation. Late cancellations are responsible for 100% of the appointment value. Missed appointments will be charged in full. Bookings made within 24 hours of the start time are not eligible for cancellations or rescheduling. To reschedule or cancel your reservation: Log in and cancel in your online account, or email info@batheaustin.com 24 hours in advance.
