Front Desk + Amenities Host

You are the smile of Bathe. The welcome. The warm breeze that tells a body, “You can rest now.” 

You’re also the pulse that keeps the house moving in rhythm—checking on amenities, restocking, resetting, responding, coordinating. You keep the standards high, the culture tight, and the experience seamless.

You’ll be our eyes and ears: greeting members, walking new guests through our protocols and pathways, coordinating large group visits, supporting facilitators, and tending to all the elements—plunges, pools, steam, lounges, and bathrooms—with care and precision. You’ll be on your feet most of the day, with breathers when you need them. You’ll be outdoors in the elements. Spring sun, summer heat, a little rain—it’s all part of the Bathe symphony. And you? You love it.

You’ll wear our Bathe-branded swimwear or modest athletic uniform (shorts or tennis skirt), suited to the temperature and climate. We encourage inclusive, comfortable, and modest options that reflect our values and the natural movement of the space.

You’ll also get your hands dirty. This role is equal parts host, guardian, and groundskeeper. On any given shift, you may:

• Reset cold plunges and pools between guests

• Use pool vacuums and cleaning equipment

• Take out trash and recycling

• Crawl under a raised deck to troubleshoot or tidy

• Restock and refresh bathrooms

• Coordinate group bookings or classes

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs

• Move quickly and safely up and down stairs

• Be outdoors in rain, sun, and heat 

• Restock our wood-burning sauna where it is to 190°F in 5-minute intervals.

• Get wet while resetting amenities or assisting members

• Open early or close late (rotating shift responsibilities with 2–3 other hosts)

Punctuality is essential. We run like a ceremony—every detail matters, and the rhythm depends on you showing up fully and on time.
