$18-20/hr + Sales Commission | Bathe Society Membership
Contract Position | 6-hour shifts between 9am–11pm, Sunday-Tuesday
Welcome to Bathe, Austin's first bathhouse, in the heart of East Austin. Enjoy our soaking garden, sound temple, red light lounge, coworking spaces, wellness events, and legendary immersive parties.
As the Front Desk + Guest Experience Host, you're the heart, soul, and energetic pulse of Bathe. You keep the bathhouse moving in rhythm— checking on amenities, restocking, resetting, responding, coordinating. You keep the standards high, the culture tight, and the experience seamless.
This role is equal parts host, guardian, and groundskeeper. On any given shift, you may:

Check-in members and guests; give tours of the facility

Reset cold plunges and pools between guests

Use pool vacuums and cleaning equipment

Deep clean amenities & garden grounds, take out trash & recycling

Restock and refresh bathrooms

Lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Be outdoors in rain, sun, and heat

Get wet while resetting amenities

Sell memberships on-site to prospective members

Be the heart and soul of Bathe, helping to curate a high-vibe experience
You Are

Bonus: CPR-certified, experienced in spa, wellness, and event-based hospitality (but not required)
Compensation
