The Role

We’re seeking a creative and reliable Videographer to join us in a hybrid trade role: part membership trade, part paid.
 

This is a unique opportunity to be part of Bathe’s growing story, helping to capture the magic of our events, culture, and community gatherings.
In return, you’ll receive:

• Bathe Society Membership to Bathe (valued at $200/month) while on tenure with us.

• Light Monthly stipend 

• A creative environment with the potential for additional paid work as we grow

What You'll Do

• Film Bathe events, gatherings, and member experiences (1–3 shoots per month)

• Deliver light edits for web, social media, and marketing use (3–5 short-form pieces per month)

• Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency in all footage and edits

• Capture the feeling and ethos of Bathe through candid, natural footage

• Be present and professional during events, blending into the community flow while gathering high-quality content

What You Bring

• Skilled in filming and basic editing (Premiere, Final Cut, or equivalent)

• Owns and operates their own camera equipment (DSLR, mirrorless, or equivalent video setup)

• Understands or is excited to learn about wellness, hospitality, and lifestyle storytelling

• Comfortable in dynamic, low-light, or natural light environments

• Self-motivated, organized, and proactive about timelines

• Loves capturing authentic moments rather than heavily staged footage​

• 1 month mutual "vibe check"
